Shipping policy



1. Processing & Fulfilment

All artworks are prepared with the utmost care before dispatch.

Please allow 1–2 weeks processing time prior to shipment. During limited releases or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

Orders are dispatched once production and quality control are complete. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.



2. Prints

All fine art prints are produced on demand after purchase confirmation. Production begins only once payment has been received.

Prints are carefully packaged and shipped by
Dialab, a certified Hahnemühle Certified Studio in Finland.



3. Original Artworks

Original artworks are packaged and shipped directly from my studio in Innsbruck, Austria. All originals are packed securely to ensure protection during transport.



4. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Worldwide shipping is available.

Estimated delivery times:
EU: approx. 3–10 business days
International: approx. 1–3 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond my control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

All shipments include tracking.



5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply.

These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.



6. Risk Transfer

Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.



7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify me (hello@moonalaybourne.com) within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:
Your order number
Clear photographic evidence of the damage (including packaging)

Upon verification, a replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged in accordance with statutory consumer protection laws.
