Studio Mail is sent as letter mail and doesn't include tracking.
Fine art prints are made to order. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your artwork to be produced, carefully checked and prepared for shipping.

Fine art prints are professionally packed by my print studio in Helsinki and shipped flat or rolled depending on their size. Original artworks are packed personally in my studio with additional protection appropriate to the artwork.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. I'll work with you to arrange the best solution as quickly as possible.
My fine art prints are produced by Dialab, a professional fine art print studio in Helsinki, Finland. Over the years, I’ve worked with and tested many different printers, but I haven’t found anyone who can match the quality and attention to detail I get from Dialab.
I know the team and we work closely together on my prints, from colour and paper to the smallest details in the final reproduction. Every print is quality checked before leaving the studio, so I can trust that the artwork arriving at your door is exactly as it should be.
