Cancellation policy



The Print Club is a monthly art subscription that delivers a new fine art print directly to your door. By purchasing a Print Club membership, you agree to the following subscription terms.



Billing & Payments

Print Club memberships are billed on a recurring basis depending on the plan you select.

Monthly Membership – billed every month.

Annual Membership – billed once per year at a discounted rate.

Payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout. Your payment information is stored securely and will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.



Shipping

Members receive one exclusive fine art print each month. Prints are shipped after the monthly release, at the end of each month, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 



Managing Your Subscription

You can cancel your membership at any time through the customer portal. Changes must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.



Cancellations

If you cancel your membership, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation. Because each print is produced specifically for members, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.



Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited and collectible nature of Print Club releases, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged. If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so I can arrange a replacement.
