The Studio Mail is a monthly art subscription that delivers a new fine art print directly to your door. By purchasing a Studio Mail membership, you agree to the following subscription terms.
Print Club memberships are billed on a recurring basis. Monthly Membership is billed every month.
Payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout. Your payment information is stored securely and will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Members receive one exclusive fine art print each month. Prints are shipped after the monthly release, at the end of each month, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Since Studio Mail is sent without tracking, international deliveries can occasionally take a little longer or, very rarely, get lost in the post.
Within Europe and the UK, your print will normally arrive within around 1-2 weeks. International deliveries can take 2–4 weeks.
If your print hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, or if it arrives damaged, please email me at hello@moonalaybourne.com and I’ll be happy to help.
You can cancel your membership at any time through the customer portal. Changes must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
If you cancel your membership, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation. Because each print is produced specifically for members, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Due to the limited and collectible nature of Studio Mail releases, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged. If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so I can arrange a replacement.
Each month, one Studio Mail subscriber is be selected at random to receive the featured framed artwork. By subscribing, you agree that, if selected as the winner, your first name and the first letter of your surname may be published on Moona Laybourne’s Instagram Story to announce the winner.
