All artworks offered through this website are either:
1. Produced on demand after purchase
2. Created in limited editions upon order
3. Individually signed and numbered
4. Custom-made or commissioned
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and §18 para 1 no 3 FAGG (Austria), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
As all prints are produced individually after an order is placed and are not held in stock, and all original and commissioned artworks are unique works of art, the right of withdrawal is excluded.
Returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind are therefore not accepted. This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or damaged goods.
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after delivery, at hello@moonalaybourne.com
Please include:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photographs of the artwork
3. Photographs of the packaging
Where damage or defect is confirmed, I will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with statutory warranty law. This may include replacement, repair, or refund.
Commissioned artworks are created specifically for the collector and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. Once work on a commissioned artwork has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Your statutory rights under Austrian and European consumer protection law remain unaffected.
