Margherita, the queen of pizzas. Made with ingredients that appear humble, yet carry generations of tradition and care. It is a meal shared with or without occasion, eaten with hands, remembered - not for extravagance - but as a reminder that the simplest things are often the best.
Italy holds a special place in my heart. It is where I met my husband, and where my obsession with simple, but real, food truly began. Today, this pizza remains a shared ritual in our home, a quiet pursuit of the perfect crust.
Drawn in large scale and with attention to detail, the Margherita becomes a symbol of continuity: of love, of craft, and of the joy found in returning to the same simple things. Over and over again.
